Pricing questions

Is VAT added on top?

No. 89 GBP is the total you pay. Ege Digital Ltd is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added, and an invoice is issued automatically for every payment.

Can I use it on more than one website?

One licence covers one website: www, staging and other subdomains of the same domain count as one site. Add more websites from Billing in your dashboard. Each extra site is another licence at 89 GBP per year, charged pro rata until your renewal date, and all leads land in the same dashboard.

How does the refund work?

Email hello@wapadesk.com within 14 days of your payment. We refund the full amount to your card, no questions asked.

What happens when the year ends?

The subscription renews automatically and we remind you a week before. If it lapses, your button keeps working as a plain WhatsApp link and your leads stay readable for 30 days.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a WhatsApp Business API or a chatbot?

No. Wapadesk is an advanced WhatsApp button. The patient answers a few questions on your site, then WhatsApp opens on their phone with a ready-made message containing every answer. You reply from the WhatsApp you already use. We never read or send messages for you.

What happens if a patient stops halfway?

Every answer is saved as it is given. Someone who stops after their name and number still appears in your dashboard as a lead, flagged as unfinished, so your team can follow up.

Does it work with my WordPress theme and page builder?

Yes. Install the plugin, paste your Clinic ID, done. Divi, Elementor, Bricks, Gutenberg and custom themes all work, and the plugin excludes itself from caching and optimisation plugins.

Can I change the questions?

Everything is yours to edit: steps, questions, options, the order, the WhatsApp message, opening hours, agents, pages. Start from a template for plastic surgery, aesthetics or dermatology.

Where is patient data stored?

In Google Cloud's London region. The clinic is the data controller and Wapadesk the processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Consent is collected inside the chat before anything personal is stored.

Is there a free trial?

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?

No. Any WhatsApp number works: personal, Business app or Business API. The handoff is a standard WhatsApp link.

Can leads go into my CRM?

Yes. Signed webhooks send every lead to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own system, and you can export CSV at any time.
